Two of the strongest blocking forces are limiting beliefs and lack of forceful attitudes. Limiting beliefs are often acquired early in life as a protective measure. They tend to restrict your activities and shield you from possible danger. Thus, limiting beliefs often result in a lack of forceful attitudes.
Even though these limiting beliefs may no longer reflect your current abilities and desires, they may still restrict your activities and possibilities in life.
When people lack forceful attitudes, they may have little or no ambition, energy, or desire for self-improvement. These attitudes, or lack thereof, also reside in the subconscious mind. They are part of the unseen forces that shape a person's future.

How to improve your life
I am no one special, but I have been able to change my life-long beliefs and attitudes. If I can do it, then almost anyone should be able to do it. The main requirement is a strong desire to improve your life. You must also be willing to try new ways of guiding your future.
You can use the program in my ebook as often as needed to improve your life. Each enhancement paves the way for greater achievements. This program has five stages, each of which includes two to seven relevant chapters. The chapters provide the details needed to accomplish a particular stage.
Following is an overview of the stages:
- Decide what you want from life and set meaningful goals to achieve the desired results.
- Overcome any blocking forces that are keeping you from trying to improve your life.
- Plan the action steps needed to achieve your current goal, take decisive action, and monitor your results.
- Resolve any problems you encounter.
- Review the final results and make any needed corrections.
Overcoming common blocking forces
Following is an overview of the first four chapters in this magical second stage.
Chapter 6: Train Your Subconscious Mind
This chapter shows how to use your subconscious mind to solve problems and overcome obstacles. It contains methods of working with your subconscious that I have discovered through a long process of trial and error.
For many people, the subconscious mind is just a sleeping giant. However, once you learn how to train your subconscious it can become your best friend. It can help you achieve your goals in life.
Chapter 7: Develop Empowering Beliefs
This chapter demonstrates three different techniques for implanting empowering beliefs into your subconscious mind. This result is possible because the subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between reality, and powerful impressions (new beliefs) experienced repeatedly.
These new beliefs then can overcome the adverse influence of any limiting beliefs you may have acquired earlier in life. By removing the blocking force of limiting beliefs, you will be better able to plan and achieve meaningful goals in life.
Chapter 8: Summon Bursts of Energy
This chapter uses a visualization technique to let you summon bursts of energy on demand. This method uses the ability of your subconscious mind to control your feelings and remove any artificial limitations on your actions. However, if you have any physical problem that saps your energy, you need to get that taken care of first.
A visualization is a guided daydream that shows you taking a certain type of action. This method can be used to give you the driving force needed to begin or resume a long or difficult project.
Chapter 9: Conquer Irrational Fear
This chapter uses a visualization technique to implant the ability to summon courage when you are confronted with a frightening situation. This method can be used to limit fear to a reasonable level. However, you need a certain amount of fear to be alert to dangerous situations. In addition, you need to conform your actions to social norms.
A visualization is a guided daydream that shows you taking a certain type of action. By being able to overcome excessive fear when needed, you will be better able to venture into new types of activities.

My story of receiving the revelations
Who was going to help me in my desperate straits? Certainly not the government. They had already "helped" me enough. If they gave me any more help, I might be reduced to begging. (This could mean standing on a street corner dressed in old clothes and waving a cardboard sign at the cars going by.)
Looking back over my life, I recalled receiving three unexpected gifts from the universe. Why this happened, I have no idea. This awesome power, whatever it is, seemed to be my only hope, my only friend. So, I asked the universe to help me solve my problems and give me the ambition and drive I needed.
It took about a year for me to receive and understand the forthcoming revelations. I had a difficult time because these concepts were foreign to my existing attitudes and beliefs. As it turned out, my existing attitudes and beliefs were the main problem. I've always been an independent thinker most of my life. However, it's not a good idea to stray too far from conventional wisdom. At least that's what I used to think. I was wrong.
These revelations offered possible ways to overcome the unseen forces that had kept me from achieving worthwhile goals. Yet I wondered if these insights could actually help me.
Therefore, I decided to test the revelations. I had been working on some ideas to help people improve their lives. However, something kept blocking my progress. This project was beyond my existing abilities, or so it seemed. Then, as I began using these revelations, the floodgates of empowerment opened for me. I used visualizations and affirmations to replace my limiting beliefs and attitudes with empowering ones. I trained my subconscious mind, that powerhouse of creativity, and put it to full use. (Some of the appendices in this ebook recount my experiences in understanding and using these powerful revelations.)
What before had seemed difficult, if not impossible, now became a pleasurable pursuit. I was able to complete my project. I filled the 146 pages in this ebook with the same guidelines, insights, and methods that had transformed my own life.
Example of my search for power
"I am forceful and confident. I have a take-charge attitude."
Please notice that this affirmation is stated in the present tense, as if you already possess these new attitudes. You also have to fire up your emotions when voicing these affirmations. You see, your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between reality, and impressions that are repetitive and have high emotional content.
During each session, I repeated this affirmation aloud five times. I did two or three sessions each day. I was new to this idea of using affirmations to change myself. Therefore, I didn't expect much to happen. However, after the first week, my actions and attitudes started to change. I was bolder and more confident. I felt more at ease when interviewing clients. I stopped using the affirmations after a few weeks. I didn't want to become too aggressive – after all, I was an accountant, not a prize fighter.
